For properties over 10,000 square feet, the capture process can take longer. If necessary we can schedule early in the morning or late in the evening to ensure uninterrupted data capturing and best results.
How much does a Virtual Tour cost?
We offer 3 different types of Virtual Tours, depending on your needs. These include Google Street View Tours, Matterport 3D Virtual Tours and NVR360 Tours. All of these virtual tours are custom projects that are quoted individually based on the scope and complexity of the work.
Prices may vary, depending on the size of your business, the amount of floors you have and the amount of time we will need to allocate to your Virtual Tour. Our experience and pricing methods allow us to quote accurately with basic information.

Will people be captured in the Virtual Tour?
When scheduling your tour we strongly recommend picking a time when there are no customers in the establishment. We work around your business hours, not interfering with your daily operations.
How long does it take to deliver the project?
Our projects are completed and delivered anywhere between 48 hours to 1 week, depending on the complexity of the work.
What are some of the features of Matterport 3D Virtual Tours?
Matterport 3D tours include features like the 3D Walkthrough, Media Tags, Measurement Tools, and a Dollhouse view. These features can be best utilized depending on custom client needs, from highlighting certain areas of a space to adding videos/links within the 3D tour, etc. Premium packages include features such as the Self-Guided tour, leading the visitor throughout the Virtual Tour.
How long does the Virtual Tour capture process take?
The Virtual Tour production experience with NVR360 begins before we arrive on-site as we work with each client to prepare for success. We provide you with a simple checklist before we capture the tour. Typically we complete our 3D scanning and our 360 panorama shoot within a few hours. We work around your business hours, not interfering with your daily operations.

What are the benefits of getting Google Street View Tour for my Google Business Page?
Giving visitors an opportunity too see your business before stepping into your business will increase engagement & exposure. The tour can appear on various platforms: Google Search results, Google Business Profile, Google Maps.
Can I use my Google Street View Tour anywhere else?
Yes! Your Google Street View Tour can also be embedded into your website and shared on your social media.
Does NVR360 Team need my login to my Google Business Profile to publish a Virtual Tour?
Are there any additional hosting fees?
No! Google Tours published to your Google Business Page will be active free of charge. Google occasionally changes how this content is presented, so the location of the links may be subject to change.
How long does the Mattterport 3D Virtual Tour capture process take?
We capture spaces at about 1,500 SQFT per hour using a tested and proven process that provides consistent navigation and a quality product. Hence, we may take a little bit longer on site than others, in order to ensure a superior product.
Can we retouch footage in Matterport 3D Tour?
No. Matterport 3D virtual tours are captured within the closed Matterport system and do not allow for any retouching beyond blurring.
I have facility that is on multiple floors, how does that work on a Matterport 3D?
We can make it work! Matterport 3D Virtual Tours must connect and integrate into one 3D model.
If the space is on different levels that do not connect, we can create an additional Matterport 3D and connect the two with deep-links.
Can we exclude areas later that are included in the original shoot?
Yes! Our experienced photographers capture additional transition areas to allow the Matterport technology to build the 3D model but we can remove them prior to publishing.
Do Matterport 3D Tours have hosting fees?
Yes, Matterport 3D Virtual Tours require a yearly hosting fee to maintain the content on Matterport Platform.

Can we retouch footage in NVR360 Tour?
Yes, we do photoshop editing & retouching in NVR360 tours. Our post-production team will bring out the best in your space.
I have multiple facilities or areas of business that are not connected with a line of sight. How does that work?
In these situations, NVR360 Tours are the best virtual tour solution! We are able to connect different spaces or even multiple tours within a one, single “master tour”; custom made with a branded menu.
Are there any additional hosting fees?
Yes, NVR360 Tours require additional annual hosting fees, depending on the size and the complexity of the project.

Book an appointment
Use our online contact form and we will answer any questions that you may have concerning your business or home that you would like captured. You can also give us a call at 940-247-0228.
We’ll arrange a time that best fits your schedule.

On-site Capture
We capture spaces at about 1,500 square feet per hour using a tested and proven process that provides consistent navigation and a quality product. Hence, we may take a little bit longer on site than others, in order to ensure a superior product.

Post Production
When the shoot is complete, our team post-produces and processes the collected data. This can take anywhere from 24-78 hours for Google Street View and Matterport 3D Virtual Tours. This timeframe varies for NVR360 Tours, depending on the size and the scope of the project.

Receive Your Tour
You’ll receive a notification from us when your tour is ready along with a link that you can use to embed the tour in your website and share it to social media.
We also provide an MLS-compliant version if you are a Realtor and would like to use your tour on the MLS.
05.
Follow up
We’ll follow-up with you to make sure that you were satisfied with your Virtual Tour. This is a great time to evaluate if the tour is being utilized to its full potential or if there are any additional questions you may have.
